Sliding Door Wardrobes Essex

The difference between a good sliding wardrobe and a frustrating one comes down to three things: the quality of the rollers, the engineering of the track, and how precisely the wardrobe was built for your room. Get those right and the doors glide at the push of a finger, silently, every time. Get them wrong and you are fighting with your wardrobe before your first cup of tea.

Sliding Door Wardrobes Essex — Built to Glide Perfectly From Day One to Year Ten

We build every sliding wardrobe from scratch in our factory in Rochester, just across the Dartford Crossing from Essex. The doors, the carcass, the interior — everything is cut to your exact measurements. We do not use pre-made standard panels and then bridge the gaps with oversized fillers. Where minimal fillers are needed, we keep them as small as possible to preserve your storage space. And we guarantee the lot for ten years.

Endless Design Possibilities

Sliding wardrobes are where design really comes alive. We offer over 45 door styles and 25+ colours, and the combinations are virtually limitless:

Mirror doors — safety-backed as standard. Make the room feel larger and brighter.

Lacobel coloured glass — a premium contemporary option available in a range of colours. Mix with mirror panels for a striking two-tone finish.

Wood-effect finishes — from light oak to walnut, warm and versatile.

Mixed panel doors — combine mirror, glass and solid panels in a single door. Two-tone, three-tone, asymmetric — if you can imagine it, we can almost certainly build it.

The frames are available in six colours — graphite, matt silver, white, bronze, black and stone. We bring samples to your home so you can see how each finish looks in your own room, in your own lighting.

How We Build Built In Wardrobes

Every sliding wardrobe starts with a precise survey of your room. We measure the full width, the height at multiple points, and the profile of each wall — because rooms are rarely perfectly straight or level. From there, we manufacture every element from scratch in our factory: the carcass, the doors, the track system and the interior layout, all cut to your exact measurements. Our precision rollers and engineered aluminium tracks are fitted to ensure the doors glide smoothly from day one, guaranteed for ten years.

What Goes Inside

The doors are half the story. The interior is fully bespoke — designed around how you actually use your wardrobe:

Hanging — long hang, double-height rails, or a combination planned around what you own.

Shelving — adjustable or fixed, at depths that suit your storage.

Drawers — Blum soft-close runners as standard. Glass-fronted options available.

Accessories — pull-out trouser rails, shoe racks, tie holders, pull-down rails for high sections, LED lighting. Add what you need now and expand later.

Carcasses are 18mm MFC — quality board that will not bow. All hardware is Blum.
